A new study from ComScore has shown that there are winners and losers in the world of social media. Facebook again recorded the lion’s share of visitors with 23.8 million visitors, an increase of 57%. Twitter showed a modest 2.7 million visitors, but the exciting part of this is that Twitter showed an increase of over 3000%.
Bebo, MySpace and Friends Reunited all showed a loss of visitors and it is becoming clearer to marketers where to concentrate their efforts when promoting their products in the social networking arena.
