Copy is not included – you have to tell us what you want your site to say. We can advise you, or write your copy for you, but we make an additional charge for this at no more than £40 per hour (excl. VAT).
At the end of the included hosting period, clients will need to renew their web hosting. For a list of our current hosting charges see our hosting page. Web bundles renewal customers will get a 20% discount off the list prices shown.
Domain names are registered for 12 months. At the end of the 12 month period customers will need to renew their name registration for which the current fee is £12 (£15 list price minus 20% discount).
Hosting accounts have a maximum site throughput (data transfer) of 1GB per month. We anticipate that in most cases this is enough. Should more need to be purchased the current fee is £4 per GB per month (£5 list price minus 20% discount).
All hosting accounts are subject to the Rake Mark’s Acceptable Use Policy, Service Level Agreement and Terms of Service documents.
Email accounts have a 20MB mail box maximum. Additional space can be purchased.
