Terms and Conditions
- All Business plans and website design packages qualify for the money back guarantee but not all other projects can be included. Please read and check your order before signing the order form. Please call 01785 256 222 or email enquiries@rakemark.com for assistance
- The 30 day period commences on the date that the project is signed off as complete or the date that the project goes live on the production web server.
- Access to website code is not given during the 30 day guarantee period. If you wish to have access to your code either on disk or via a control panel then you are accepting satisfaction with the project and the money back guarantee is waived. No access to code will be given until a project is paid for in full
- To exercise your right to cancel please notify your project manager on the phone or via email
- Once you have exercised your right to cancel:
- The website will be immediately removed from the web.
- The website code will be deleted.
- Any data entered through the website by you during the 30 day period will also be deleted.
- If data is required to be returned to you then Rake Mark will make a reasonable charge for their time and materials in providing this service.
- Any emails service will cease and any emails stored on our servers will be deleted
- You will have your payments refunded and invoices cancelled under the following conditions:
- All products resulting from the project remain the property and in the possession of Rake Mark, unless paid for in full.
- Any domains registered for the project remain the property of Rake Mark. If you require then they can be purchased at Rake Marks advertised standard rate.
These terms and conditions are designed to be in plain English and give customers additional support. They do not affect your statutory rights.
