Google Launches Nexus 5 on new Kitkat OS

The Nexus 5 Launched today to show off the new capabilities of the latest Android Operating System Kitkat.Nexus 5

The Nexus 5 handset, made by LG is much sleeker than its predecessor Nexus 4. Boasting to be both slimmer and lighter than the older handset it also shows off its larger 4.96in touchscreen.

The joining of Google (with its android OS) with LG is said to help secure the future and boost both profile and fortune of the South Korean firm.

The Nexus 5 is said to be on sale on November 1st and will be available to US, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan and Korea.

Cost wise, the entry level handset 16GB version of the device would cost $349 in the US (£299 in the UK), unlocked and without a contract while the 32GB version should cost $399 (£339 in the UK).
